It's back! And I think this might be my best one yet.
I put this playlist together over the past week or so. It's a pretty good sampling of what I've been feeding myself so far in this brand-new decade.
This one is kind of like a mullet in reverse: It's a party in the front and a reflection of death in the back.
Themes. Big Themes.
The other day was the ninth anniversary of when my brother John exited his body. I've been thinking a lot about what he's doing these days. I've also been thinking about my spiritual teacher Ram Dass, who exited his body last month. Doing some psychedelic and spiritual exploration. Stuff like that. So a lot of the songs on this particular Discover Weakly Wednesday Spotify playlist emerged from those experiences. Particularly the tracks in the back half. These are not depressing pieces of music; they are jewels of magical, heart-opening wonder! They remind me that I am not my body. I am the force that gave rise to my body. And so the same is true for my brother John, Ram Dass and everyone else. Doesn't that make you feel good?

I would love it if you did that. Thank you, friends! 🙏
